Adaptive Leadership in Local Ministry Conference

Does the challenge of leading into uncharted territory sometimes feel overwhelming?

Resonate Global Mission, Diaconal Ministries Canada and the Connections Project invite you and other leaders from your congregation to an inspiring one-day event exploring Adaptive Leadership and what it can mean for your ministry and congregation, with keynote speaker Tod Bolsinger, author of ‘Canoeing the Mountains’.

Saturday, April 21, 2018; 8:00AM-8:45PM,

at the Hilton Garden Inn (Airport) Hotel, Toronto (3311 Caroga Dr., Mississauga, ON)

This event will feature dynamic worship, relevant workshops, fellowship with other ministry leaders, discussion groups, and three keynote sessions with author Tod Bolsinger.

Although explorers Lewis and Clark were prepared to find a waterway to the Pacific Ocean, they instead found themselves facing the Rocky Mountains. You too may feel you are leading in a context you were not expecting. Tod Bolsinger brings decades of expertise in guiding churches and organizations through uncharted territory to help you re-imagine what effective leadership looks like in our rapidly changing world. If you’re going to scale the mountains of ministry, you need to leave behind canoes and find new navigational tools.

Tod will lead us through interactive teachings on the topic of Adaptive Leadership – how to guide our communities with vision and hope through challenge and change. Drawing from his extensive experience as a pastor, consultant, and teaching practical theology at Fuller Theological Seminary, Tod brings decades of expertise in guiding churches and organizations through uncharted territory.  He offers a combination of illuminating insights and practical tools to help you re-imagine what effective leadership looks like in our rapidly changing world.

$99 person (includes breakfast, lunch and buffet dinner)

Three keynote sessions with Tod Bolsinger:

  • The World in Front of Us is Nothing Like the World Behind Us
  • We Need to Learn to Lead All Over Again
  • Forming Leaders for a Changing World

PLUS an afternoon workshop for CRC attendees (to be held at the neighbouring Hampton Inn)
