Blanket Exercise (Extended) Workshop

Join Bernadette Arthur (Office of Race Relations, Canadian Coordinator) who will be facilitating a full day of community learning along with Val Kerr, Archdeacon for Truth, Reconciliation and Indigenous Ministry with the Diocese of Niagara.
Our learning experience will include:
-Participation in the KAIROS Blanket Exercise–an interactive workshop, designed by Indigenous people and Native Americans, that tells the story of the relationship between first peoples and settlers in North America
-Entry into the Woodland Cultural Centre’s Survivor Series–a Mohawk Institute Survivor will share their experience and stories of living at the Mohawk Institute Residential School
-Admission into the Woodland Museum and Gallery
-Refreshments
Cost: $30 per person;
