The Fine Print

What is “Capture the Coach”?
Our Diaconal Coaches and Regional Ministry Developers are spread out across the country and we want you to get to know our team AND a little bit about this beautiful country we live in! So… we’ve asked them to pick a popular place (landmark, monument, restaurant, store etc) in their town or region and snap a selfie! Then it’s up to YOU to figure out where they are!

How Do I Play?

Every Tuesday & Thursday starting on August 13, 2024, a “Capture the Coach” post will appear on our Facebook and Instagram pages between 12-2pm noon (ET). Users who have liked and follow our page can then comment on where they think the Coach is!

The person to give the full correct answer first will win for that day!

Answers must include WHO the Coach is AND the exact spot the Coach was captured (eg. street address). If you don't know the coach's name, visit our website to see our full listing: https://diaconalministries.com/diaconal-coaches/

Guesses will be accepted until the following day at midnight (12am ET).

The winners for each day will be revealed on the following Monday at 5pm ET on our social media pages. Winners will need to confirm their identity, answer a skill testing question, and provide their mailing address to claim their prize.

What's the prize?!

Each winner will receive a Diaconal Ministries Canada tumbler (with a straw)! (See photo below.) If no one guesses correctly, the answer will be shared on our social media pages on the following Monday at 5pm ET.

Contest Closing

The last post will be on September 5, 2024 and the contest will close on Monday, September 9, 2024, at 5pm ET. (Diaconal Ministries Canada reserves the right to extend the contest for as long as people are having fun!)

Exclusions

  • This contest is only open to Canadian residents of any age and ability!
  • Winners must like and follow our social media pages before they can enter the contest/submit their answer.
  • Current Staff, Diaconal Coaches, and Board Directors of Diaconal Ministries Canada are not eligible to participate. (But they can give their friends and family hints!!!)
  • Play as often as you like; only one prize per person though.
